How can we help?
Send a note and we’ll get back to you, usually within a day or two.
Before you write
Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and which iPad you’re using. The more detail, the faster we can help.
You’ll find your Everglow version in Settings → General → About Everglow.
Common questions
How do I get to Settings?
Tap anywhere on the screen to show the controls, then tap the gear. The same controls switch between Day, Evening, and Night by hand and pause the slideshow. They fade away again after a few seconds.
My photos aren’t showing up.
Everglow needs access to your photo library. Open the Settings app, go to Privacy & Security → Photos → Everglow, and choose Full Access. With Limited Access, Everglow can show only the photos you picked. Without access, it keeps working as a clock.
Photos from a shared family album are missing.
Make sure Shared Albums is on in the Settings app under Photos, then pick the album in Everglow’s Photos settings. New photos people add to the album will join the slideshow on their own.
Night Mode is still too bright for my bedroom.
Lower the Night level in Everglow’s Brightness settings. For an even darker screen, turn on Reduce White Point in the Settings app under Accessibility → Display & Text Size. A tap at night never turns the brightness back up.
How do I keep Everglow on screen all the time?
Keep your iPad plugged in and Everglow open. With Keep Screen Awake on (in Everglow’s General settings), the screen stays on while it’s running. For a dedicated display, you can lock the iPad to Everglow with Guided Access in the Settings app under Accessibility.
Weather isn’t showing.
Weather is part of Everglow Pro and the 7-day trial. It also needs your location, or a city entered in Everglow’s Weather settings.
Is Everglow Pro a subscription?
No. Everglow Pro is a single purchase that unlocks everything for good, and Family Sharing covers every iPad in your home. Without Pro, the slideshow, clock, and amber night clock keep working with no time limit.
How do I restore Pro on another iPad?
Sign in with the same Apple ID (or a Family Sharing member’s), then open Settings → General in Everglow and tap Restore Purchases.
